Pick a menu and a time. It schedules every step backwards from dinner, then talks you through it while the phone is in your pocket. The recipes are just data; the scheduler is the product.

What it models

Resources are contended. Burners, ovens, pans, the sink and the cook all have limits, and the schedule works backwards from serve time with all of them in play.

One oven, one temperature. Shelves add capacity inside one thermostat, not extra ovens.

Attention is two things: whether your hands are free, and how far you can walk away.

Physics, not typed-in numbers. Boil time comes from burner wattage and water mass, oven preheat from the oven type.

Freshness windows. A rested whole bird holds twenty minutes; carved meat holds four.

It’s checked by scheduling every pair of dishes in the library across three kitchens, 1,053 plans, and asserting that none double-books the cook, overfills the hob or puts two temperatures in one oven.
